Based in Etobicoke (Ontario), Climatizer is a manufacturer of cellulose thermal and acoustical insulation, hydro-seeding mulch and specialty fibres.

Climatizer Plus insulation is suited for both residential and commercial construction. Hydro-seeding mulch is designed for roadside and general landscaping seeding. Both products are composed of 100% cellulose fibre from selected organic fibres and both of them are environmentally friendly and not harmful to humans. Established in 1977, this privately held company has been committed to promoting and producing fully recycled and environmentally safe products.

Climatizer services a wide client base in Ontario through an extensive distribution network. In collaboration with one of Canada’s largest homebuilders, Climatizer is working hard to research and test a new thermal and acoustical insulation system that involves blowing cellulose fibre into building wall cavities. Testing has already shown that cellulose insulation makes the building envelope up to 30% tighter than fibreglass!
